It wasn't just the Expedition.
I don't know how many GM ignition switches I have replaced. If I had thought about it at the time I would have suggested to each customer to file an NTSB report. Even had an '05 Impala in last week that was dying while driving. The switch will fix it, but with this stuff going on I told her to contact GM as well as file and NTSB report.
