Believe me, if I had a $12 repair bill on a 2 year old truck I'd be ragging all over Cummins or Ram.
Mine was $11K, and the truck was only 9 months old! But of course, I'm the one who poisoned it with DEF, so it clearly wasn't Ford's fault.
It's not Fords fault and it's not everyone elses fault either. This is just one example of why I hate how insurance companies work. People messing up the engine because of a mistake and other people do it too and then turn it in on insurance then all the people that have these trucks have to pay higher rates.
