Mor ryde cre 3000

Have a 2004 Keystone Cougar. going to 16in wheels and tires. tired of even loadrange E's blowning out. Question is, will the Mor Ryde cre 3000 raise the ride height of the trailor any or do I need to use the Equa Flex

yes, looking to get some wheelwell clearance back when I put the 16in tires under it.

Are you trying to get more wheelwell clearance?
I do not think that either of the products you listed will lift it much if any. There are other ways to lift it, if that is what you are trying to do.
