DWeikert, I live in Casper and can attest to the crowds that were here for the eclipse. The city managed the influx of people really well. The problem came when everyone bolted for the highways and interstate as soon as the eclipse was over. From Casper to Cheyenne on I-25 what normally is about a 3 hour drive took 10-11 hours after the eclipse. Pretty crazy around the state during this time but we are now back to normal.
