Hey there, I have a 1990 winnebago warrior that needs a new propane tank!! Although I have tried many times to find the exact tank I keep getting very confused as to what kind to get. It's a five gallon, horizontal tank, about 20 in. x 9 in., the panel with the information is rusted but I can see maybe a model No.? it's AX5349 and the company's name is Brunner Inc., I actually got in contact with them, they are now manchester tanks, but the charts of the different tanks they sent me were very confusing! Thanks for reading

His existing tank is an ASME tank and needs to be replaced with the same. The standard horizontal tanks are not made to me mounted under the chassis(it may even be illegal), have to be removed from the vehicle to refill, and require inspection at the same interval as a standard tank. The ASME tank is a much thicker material and made for a permanent installation and does not require any of that.
Manchester is the only manufacturer for ASME tanks that I', aware of. I haven't checked on Worthington.

I'm seeing lots of them available..but all seem to be in this size:
Length (inches):
17.4
Diameter (inches):
12.2

If you have the room, there is no reason not to replace it with any horizontal 5 gal. tank.
