6-spd 3.73 over anything with a 4-spd:
Consider single rear wheel 3500s as well. That might be more likely to find a 4.10.
The 3.73 is only rated for about 9500 pounds. 4.10 is about 12k until 2011 when GM bumped it up to 14k.
With a .67 6th gear, I recommend 4.10. But, I feel the 3.73 is underrated with that 4.03 first gear. It will tow 8500-9000 pounds with ease.
