Need my water back....noob issues
So my husband and I are total noobs and we just purchased an open range roamer 309BHS. It's parked at a campground and worked perfectly fine up until a few days ago.
I figured between the manual and 2 sets of parents with rvs we'd be able to figure any issue out but that's not the case.
We are hooked into the city water connection. The fresh water lever is shut. The pump is off. Any time the water to the trailer is turned on it just pours out of 2 red pipes under the trailer. They seem to be some sort of flue and they are right beside the fresh water lever. Our fresh water tank was full so we ran the pump and had some water. Then my husband decided to empty it out and then turn on the city water to see if the issue was that the tank was full and we were letting off the excess, nope. I looked at another open range and his fresh water lever is open so that the tank never fills but I tried that and again the water just pours out this time from the fresh water hose (is there a bypass I need to turn so that it doesn't?)
Everything is closed until Wednesday for the holiday weekend here and I've already had no water for 2 days, sink full of dishes and company coming today. The manual might as well be Chinese it's way too vague for a noob. I'm hoping this doesn't come across as gibberish and someone can help us.
Thanks in advance!
Eta-the rv guy was here the other day and looked at all the water stuff and it seems to have just started since then. So my husband thinks he did something that now the tanks filling up and causing this issue.
