I wonder if the new bed-tailgate will clear a trailer tongue jack. That was the best feature of my new 2015 SD. I could drop my tailgate without hitting the TJ which I could not on my 2011 F150 . On my work trailer I had to remove the jack as I needed bed access all the time. It was a major pain on the TT trying to load up a 110 lb German Shepherd into the bed without damaging the tailgate or hurting the dog.
Another concern for me in the 2017 is the 6.2 gets a new transmission, while the rest keep the monster 6R140. The HD tranny was the reason I upgraded to a Super duty when I bought a larger TT.
Has Ford fixed the door alignment issue and warping dashes the aluminum F150 folks are reporting on that cab?
I like the truck, but I would not be a test dummy on a Ford product as I have seen how they handle some warranty issues.
