New trailer 5 years ago - something I missed

I took my trailer in to get new tires today. I bought the trailer new five years ago. The original tires never were balanced. How did I miss that? Now that I have new, balanced tires, I swear there is quite a difference in the ride. Maybe it's my imagination or these Carlile's are better than the Marathons, but I'm happy.

    I had a rim on a new ,2013,TT that was so far of balance that the tire guy would not balance it.It was so bad. company sent me a new one and paid for mounting tire and balancing.

    It's not your imagination. The first set of tires on my TT weren't balanced and didn't last three years. The second set were balanced (I made sure of that) and the TT towed better and I get a little better mileage. Not much but a little.
