My wife's '11 Ford Edge had 2 warranty claims to date (3.5 years/64k miles to date) and both visits was a complete satisfied experience.
No hassles, no red tape, no hoopla, no drama and the sky wasn't falling either. Just professional and courteous experience. :B
An internet acquaintance of mine and fellow RV.net member got tuned down on a 12 thousand dollar CP4 pump job on their Ford SD. Several other internet acquaintances of mine had the same thing happen.
