Some say their XD has a 4900 RAWR.... which equates to around 2200 lbs payload in the bed depending on actual scaled rear axle weights which puts it up there with Fords F150HD at 4800 RAWR.
Payloads are a GVWR based number and can overload some (not all) trucks rear axle if its all used in the bed.
I'd like to know real world stickers on these rigs. I bought a new HDPP F150, 4800 RAWR, 2306 payload instead of the Titan. I scaled it with my 7500 lb trailer and a full load and still had 150 left on the RAWR.
I was interested in the Titan diesel until I heard that the rating weren't all that great, and saw that it was ugly as sin. :) I've seen very few on the road (they are just as ugly live) while I see all kinds of F150s every day.
