I'm considering buying a vacuum oil extractor for my oil changes. Does anyone have any experience with these devices? Pros, cons?

Thanks,

I have a little experience with them with boats. I'm not so keen on them. My biggest problem is the bad stuff like heavy metals and sludge tend to go to the bottom and a vacuum extractor does not get all of that.

My first question is why? Even with a boat, I eventually went with a trash bag oil change.

I use one similar to thisthisthis for my boat. Works well. Make sure you warm up the engine first.
