You should hear what some hikers/backpackers have to say about your setup. I say different strokes for different folks. Some just like to enhance their experience with crafts and creations.

:) Hi, I really don't care for bucket lights, not my style. But I still like to read about what others have done and made. If it bothers some campers that much, I think I'll make one just for the heck of it. :B

You did a good job on the light bucket. May try my hand at building one.

I don't know who you are referring to but I am genuinely interested. What is the benefit/advantage of a bucket light either perceived or real? What does a bucket light do that another ordinary light doesn't do?
