Outdoor shower

mine is located in the rear of the trailer, which i liked but its below the city water hookup and too close to the bumper to open the door completely.

Best tip I ever heard regarding sand was Baby Powder. It dries your feet the rest of the way and the sand just falls off. Made sleeping much more comfortable on a sailboat trip.

I can just imagine being at one of the RV parks where everybody is lined up real close to each other and my neighbor deciding to use his shower right were all my picnic and cooking stuff is setup. ;-)

All my plumbing fixtures are on the right side. (Kitchen, bathroom, outdoor kitchen and even the pump itself is under the kitchen sink) but my outdoor shower is on the left side, no where near any of my other water dispensing devices on the trailer

Maybe you are part correct, because yes there are pipes going to the outdoor shower just like every plumbing fixture requires pipes in order to supply water...

Last TT had it located on the rear. Current TT has it on the back side, on the slideout. We use it occasionally, usually to rinse things off. It is helpful when you camp in NJ, where there is a whole lot of sand. We would probably use it more often if we had young children or pets.

Current TT does not have an outside shower. Never used it in our previous 2 TT's. When at the beach we use a separate hose attached to the water spigot to spray off and we set up a portable outside shower enclosure so the kids can spray off, remove bathing suits, wrap up in a towel and go in the camper to shower(walking in clean sandals or I carry them)

There's no point in rinsing off sand, being wet just makes it stick to you. The only way to get rid of sand is to dry off in the sun, then the sand falls off by itself. When you dry camp on the beach with no hookups and 2 kids, you need to be a water cop....

Ours is on the street side. Our current RV is the first one we’ve had with an outside shower. We don’t use it as much as I thought we would, but am glad we have it. It came in really handy once to wash one of my truck’s carpeted floor mats in a Macon rest area after one of our dogs had a bout of motion sickness.

Ours is on the rear of the trailer. We use it for many things.
When boondocking, we have a shower tent that we erect back there. Sure saves on the grey tank filling up too soon, and a lot more elbow room to shower in.

When in a campground, we take off the shower head and attach a hose and kitchen spray nozzle and use it along with our outdoor portable kitchen. Great because we have hot water and can control it at the outdoor kitchen.
