We have Wedgwood vision oven in our trailer, does not work very well. Also small microwave Has anyone found a small convection oven that works well. Because of space where current micro is have to stay small. Thanks

Then your best bet would be to at least provide the forum with some measurements of the opening that your trying to accommodate... otherwise it looks like people want to help you with getting your existing (non-microwave) oven to work better. :-)
  • I like the pizza stone or ceramic tile idea. We've just gotten our trailer, and haven't used the oven yet. Will be experimenting with the pizza stone first.

    Thanks for the idea.
  • We use a large ceramic tile from Lowes. Does a lot to even out the heat in the oven. I guess it works just like a pizza stone would but the slick surface of the tile makes it easy to clean up spills.
  • We have a pizza stone but our major appliance is the Microwave.
  • Our oven use is probably 5 to 1 oven over microwave. Small? Yes, but with proper prep works very well. Get a pizza stone or a couple of unglazed ceramic tiles, place in the oven. Once heated the oven will perform quite well.

  • We use a counter top convection oven. I'm sure my wife got it on QVC or HSN and I believe it's a Wolf Gang Puck signature model. It works really well and is a little bigger than the old toaster ovens.

The oven in your TT may need some adjusting to make it work better. Any stove repair tech would be able to adjust it properly. Keep in mind, the RV ovens are notorious for incorrect temperature levels, so it is best to use an oven thermometer and adjust accordingly. Ours is 25 degrees too hot. So instead of 400 degrees we use 375 and it works great.

Once you turn the knob on it can take awhile for the oven to light and heat up. You have to be patient.
