Thanks all for the great responses!! I live in Canada East so weather is not the greatest at this time. The trailer is "parked" but used every summer. In the summer its hooked to a constant water supply. Everything is in working order.. appliances, air conditioning, toilet etc... I am going to do a better inspection on the roof for caulking cracks etc.. also the I am aware the bearings tires etc will need a good looking into.. I don't suspect that will stop me as I understand the consequence of a parked trailer when it comes to brakes, bearings and tires. A local RV company always winterized this for her every season. I will check on that again though... thanks for the info folks.. I'll keep you updated!!!
