pass through window leak

So I had a leak from the pass through window. Checked for plugged weep hole (doubtful in new camper) but that wasn't it.
Sealed the window in plastic, went driving in rain. No leak. Must be it.

Nope, checked it again and it leaked onto the towel I had covering the step to the overhead cab which is at bottom of the window.
Changed the towel and parked it in driveway which is sloped. No leak.

Today I had it sitting at my mothers in flat parking lot, towel is soaked again.

Apparently it only leaks when parked flat, not on slope, and doesnt leak while driving. Which should mean leak is on roof and it is running down inside the wall and coming out the lowest point which is the window frame bottom. Anyone encounter this and what would be the likely culprit on the roof? Will I probably have to seal everything on roof from midway point forward?

I believe you are required to have marker lights the same as a dually is required to have the cab lights and side lights on the fenders.

Anything over a certain width is required to have marker lights on each corner and the 3 lights in the middle front and back, per FMVSS 108 in the US and CMVSS 108 in Canada.

I see no use for that window. We have a 2005 bigfoot and have been thinking when i have some time i will fiber glass it close. We plan on getting a new one in a couple years which will be ordered so i hope i can have the window deleted along with the marker lights.

I have a use for the one in the back of my NL. I can look in my center rear view mirror and I can see out the back door of my camper through it. I can see cars that are behind me and I can see when I'm backing up also. Of course I don't rely on it for backing into something close.
