Found a replacement latch on ebay! Don't know if it has the CH751 standard key or a different key, waiting for reply from seller before ordering.
EDIT: I'm seeing quite a few of the same locking and non-locking style latches by a company called "Southco". Going through all of them seeing if any of them have a key other than the ch751....
EDIT x 2: Argh, looks like all the Southco C5 latches are keyed alike CH751......

Thanks for all the comments guys, can't wait to take her out for a shakedown trip. Doing the first mod today, replacing the 19" ancient TV in there with a 24" 1080p LED-LCD 12 volt TV. I wanted to use the 32" Vizio Razor LED I had in my Tahoe but it's too large to swivel out for viewing from the bedroom to living room area.
