The front cap is a radius (curved) surface... so its probably not a glued, vacuum or pinch rolled composite laminate.
My guess is the the front cap is wood framed with the exterior material glued to the wood framing members and the interior wall material glued and stapled to the wooden frame.
It doesn't look good... some of the components are probably loose or separating... but it doesn't look like traditional delam of a composite wall to me.
X2. I agree, don't see how that curved front could be laminated, and the profile is identical to our WhiteHawk. The curve of the interior Luan paneling(above and behind the bed) is greater than the Filon exterior piece.....and I do believe it is insulated with fiberglass batts, if it's insulated at all.
