Very few of the campsites we've ever had in nearly 20 yrs of RV camping has offered any worthwhile view at the back or street side of the trailer and is most often just trees, trees, and more trees that block the view so any floor plan with a rear dinette just wouldn't offer any advantage at all to us. This is why we also wouldn't want any floor plan with a dinette on the street side and is yet another reason we chose our current couple's model that has no dinette at all. :B
