What a headeache!! I feel your pain. We had 5 windows that leaked on a brand new Keystone Bullet Premier - never used. The windows are fixed but it took about 4 weeks. Keep on them about financially reimbursing you. Keystone has reimbursed us for one month's TT loan payment. It took me being extremely mad on the phone and chewing someone out and next thing I knew - action was taken. I'm sure you have but throw their tag line about leak checks in their face and how embarrassed they should be. But I'm sure you have given them a piece of your mind.
