Problems with my KZ Sportsmen 301BH
I bought a KZ Sportsmen 301BH new in late 2013 and basically haven't been able to use it because of issues with the slide out. It comes partially out and then gets crooked, which causes it to either strip the teeth of the drive gears or just gets in a bind and stops. The dealership I purchased it from has repaired it 4 times already. Once I tested it in the parking lot before leaving after they repaired it and it failed. After that, they kept it two months working on it and assured me they figured out the cause. I took it home where it sat inside my shop for about 6 weeks. I pulled it out to use it for deer season and it had a broke leaf spring. From sitting in my shop?! They repaired the spring, I took it hunting and when I unhooked it from my truck at the lease, the slide malfunctioned again! Gave up on the dealership fixing it, so I emailed KZ over 3 weeks ago with NO RESPONSE at all! Anyone else have troubles with these trailers or do I just have a piece of junk lemon? Any experience with the company? Ready to dump it and buy a better product from a better company. Any advice?
