Propane tank soft covers

Yes. I have one on my pop up. (My trailer's is a hard cover.)
The soft covers have a zippered opening to access the valves, fit snugly and look good for about 2 years. They are affected by sunlight and crack. They also soil easily and the two-piece top board (under the cover to give it shape) is merely cardboard and gives out in about a year. I'd put a hard cover on the pop up if the bunk end would clear it.
