Quad in truck

Just sold my motorhome and decided to buy a trailer. I am not a big fan of trailers, but I viewed a Snowriver 254LSS and wife and I decided to buy it. We are hoping to still get a quad and load it in the back of our truck 2006 F350 long box crew cab Diesel.
Originally we were looking at getting a toy hauler, preferably fifth wheel but everything seemed way too big (only would have 1 quad). We tend to camp off road where we dont see people. There is only the two of us and no kids or pets. So I thought we would get a nicer trailer and put the quad in the box of the truck.
Kind of unclear of all the weight issues. Do I have enough truck to do this or should I have bought a toy hauler.
Any info would be great.

One day you and your son may deeply regret that you ever let your grandson do that.

This is my old truck and old (smaller) TT. Still have the quads and rack. Under the quads the bed is filled with water jugs, gas containers, extra propane tanks etc.

I used to put my Polaris 4x4 in the bed of my F-350 and pull an Avion 34' trailer with no issues.

You have enough truck to carry a huge truck camper and pull a flat bed.

Thats what I thought. I think the salesman was trying to sway me over to buy a big Toy Hauler.:)

You should have no problem with one ATV. I haul 2 on my F350, It's a flat deck.

you have plenty of truck for the job. We have a TH that we tote a motorcycle(s) in or a golf cart. Sometimes nothing but the rear bay gives us lots of extra room for hauling about anything. The rear bay is also a dining room or a set of bunk beds or dining room and loft bed combo. We also have room and hookup for a washer, dryer if needed. Right now we have a portable dishwasher in the bay.
What I am trying to convey is the TH seems to be more versatile in its use.

Good luck and enjoy the road.
