Bought a 17RK Hummingbird in Jan. Have traveled to Phoenix (about 130 mi each way) three times with it thus far....the trailer is currently sitting at the dealership's service department. It has been there for two weeks so far.
The dealer (Little Dealer Little Prices) was great and gave us excellent treatment during and after the sale. The problem in the camper. Some of the trim is falling down where they drove the nails in with too much power on the nailgun and it the nails must have gone right through. The radio did NOT have the necessary cords attached to the back to view movies on our tv from the radio. There are numerous issues with poor workmanship on the camper. The final straw was when the toilet became unseated and leaked water/sewage from the bottom! NOW, I have camped before in used campers - this is our first new one! We expect to have problems and I have fixed many minor ones in a used camper. We DO NOT expect these types of problems with a brand new camper!
We will wait and see what happens with the dealer's repairs (emailed progress update and was told they are awaiting trim pieces from Jayco) before we check into AZ lemon laws! Buyer Beware!
