ram dashboard protectant

Meguiars has a protectant that has a flat finish that comes in wipes. Works pretty good for this like us who believe it helps preserve the finish.

Following. I've had my truck for almost a year now and eventually I may wish to clean the dash. :B

On my '03 Ram I use Mother's protectant. Except for the last couple years its been outside all that time in every type of weather. Whole inside looks as good as when I bought it.

As for rubber mats, I use weathertech. They keep the carpet incredibly clean. My truck is used as a truck, on muddy industrial sites, wet camp grounds and of course those sunny days. The weathertech mats direct the water out the door, not onto the carpet.

To clean it, I pull the mats out and scrub them, a few minutes with the vacuum, wipe down the dash with the Mother's. By that time the mats are just about dry.

Windshield shade when parked. Done...

303 shouldn't leave a sheen and reflect. You have to apply it and then go over with a dry cloth. One of the best products out there for UV protection.

Last month my '09 Chev dash cracked right behind the instrument "dome".

First vehicle I ever had that I just wiped down with damp cloth and first to have crack.

Always used Armor All and will use again with next truck.

Armor All would be the last thing I would use on anything. If anything it would be 303, but all I do is wipe with a damp cloth to get the dust off , worked great on previous truck for 16 years,see no reason why not on the new one.

In the manual (at least for my 13) RAM is still pushing their miracle cleaner MOPAR Total Clean which smells a lot like Armor All. It does work well on the upholstery, gotta use a lot though.
