Not a Ram, but a Dodge Grand Caravan: Bought a 2008 demo with 19K miles in 2009. Paid over $2K for extended warranty thru Chrysler. At about 30K, it developed a miss. Dealer could find no codes, suggested gasoline treatment fuel injector cleaner. No luck, still missed. Returned to dealer at least twice, no code. They started guessing what was wrong (example, plugs & wires) and expected me to pay since these are "maintenance items". At 40K miles, no thank you. We now have a Toyota Sienna and no plans to buy a Chrysler product ever again. I hate that because everyone brags on the Cummins TD.
