  • Not any different than any other mail-in rebate. Some action required on your part to receive rebate (fill out the form & mail, along with original UPC labels from ALL boxes and a copy of the sales receipt)?

    Instead of a check to be deposited in your bank account, you get a Visa gift card, which can be used anywhere. Bottom line is 25% off the best price you can find for a set of four shocks.

    {Promotion valid September 1 - October 32, 2014
    Purchase a combination of four (4) qualifying Rancho products and get a Visa Prepaid Card* by mail equal to the lowest cost unit, up to the current suggested list price.

    The Rancho SHOCKTOBER Promotion is a mail-in offer. Restrictions apply. Offer may not be combined with any other discount, offer or rebate. See reverses side for offer details. * Cards are issued by Citibank, N.A. pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and managed by Citi Prepaid Services. Card will not have a cash access and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.}
  • You sure are reading it right, bighatnohorse. You're not buying four for the price of three unless you want that pre-paid gift card. I thought there was a catch to this somewhere and now I know.
  • Reading the fine print - it appears that one has to pay full price for a set of four shocks. Then you will be sent a pre-paid Visa cards equal to the amount of one shock.
    The new Visa card will have credit that one can spend on some other thing.
    Am I reading that right?
  • Just make sure you get a receipt and hold on to it. I make a couple of copies of mine. Keep the shocks long enough and eventually the adjuster knobs can lock up, especially if they salt the roads in your area.

    Receipt = lifetime warranty

    No receipt = no warranty
  • tnx Brad. I forgot at what time of the year they go on sale .
    glad to see someone's awake :)
