Rockwood water filter location and tv mounting bracket

We just purchased a new Rockwood 8315 bss travel trailer that is supposed to have a water purification system. It even came with a spare filter and wrench. But I can't seem to locate the filter. I've ...

Yes the hinge that does not open. It's lined up where your city water inlet comes into the coach.
