Roof sealant

I got up on the roof of our trailer this evening and noticed that the "rubbery" sealant around the ladder attachment on the roof had bubbled up. What is the name of this stuff and is it available at a RV store? Or is there a better way to go over all the points that need to be sealed? I am sure this topic has been posted before but I have not seen it.
