One more thing...we had a very minor issue on our unit that needed to be addressed after taking delivery. We called to schedule them to look at it and was told they were 5 weeks behind to even get to take a look. The only problem we had was molding had come loose on the front cap and would flap in the wind. I asked them if it would be ok to for me to caulk it myself and they told me it would void my warranty that they needed to do it. Ok, so this means I am without my unit for at least 5 weeks for something that will take 5 minutes to fix. I don't like this thought and feel I just spent a lot of money with them on a brand new unit and should get better service than this. I decided to call manufacturer based on replies in this forum. Manufacturer tells me what caulk to use and explains to me that there is NO warranty to void with what I am fixing and to proceed with fixing myself which we did. Again, I like the sales...I just can't say a lot for the rest of the team. With the exception of the PDI guy...I forgot to mention him...he was awesome and explained everything in great detail about the unit. It was raining on delivery day and I noticed water in the track of a window inside that did not have weep holes so it shouldn't have gotten water in the track. He resealed the windows and then ran hose over the window to make certain it did not leak again. It didn't and hasn't since.
