The GVWR of 3900# would be including the tongue weight which I believe you are forgetting. In your case the tires would be maxxed out when the tongue weight is at 380#. Given that you are likely to be overloaded, it would be a good idea to upgrade the tires to at least the axle rating and get the trailer weighed.
