DJ before I decided on back surgery a few years ago I joined a forum called spine health to get informed to make my decision. I went with a less invasive surgery that took care of just one degenerating dic. the 1st surgeon wanted to do a full cage but the 2nd opinion I got wasa much better option.Not saying it would work for you since you have a lot more going on. But still it's good to talk with people who have gone thru back surgery.heres the link
