Issue #1- replace the tape. It is. Likely Eternabond. Removal of the old tape may not be possible so you can carefully cut loose tape with razor and overlap new tape.
Issue #2- from the photo, it appears that the roof membrane is separating from the inner side of the slide roof. The only way to get a better look is to move the slide in about 1/2 way and go inside to see what is going on (post photo)
Issue #3- it appears the slide is out of adjustment. It is likely a simple fix but will need to download adjustment instructions from the slide mechanism manufacturer website (Lipped, Leland?).
