Issue #2- from the photo, it appears that the roof membrane is separating from the inner side of the slide roof. The only way to get a better look is to move the slide in about 1/2 way and go inside to see what is going on (post photo)
Issue #3- it appears the slide is out of adjustment. It is likely a simple fix but will need to download adjustment instructions from the slide mechanism manufacturer website (Lipped, Leland?).
Thanks to therink and all ... Yes, I believe the slide needs adjusting. How does one figure out what brand slide mechanism one has?
Below is pic of the bubble on one end with the slide retracted. (again, sorry, but the pic flipped 90 deg to the right when posting). And there is an almost identical bubble on the other end. As I mentioned earlier, the bubble feels spongy when you push on it, but there is no breaks in the rubber material.
