Open the slide and take the bottom corner angle strips off that run horizonally. They will be the length of the slide opening along the bottom and probably aluminum. You may find there is little or no caulking left and rusted screws. This provides an avenue for the water to run down the side and into the bottom of the slide and comes out in the inside corners. I had this problem recently with my Keystone and recaulking all the seams stopped the leaks.
