slide on truck camper rebuild

I recently got this camper as a project and have found that a previous owner didn't think the running lights were required and removed the wiring harness. If anyone has any idea of how it was run or how to install new wiring I am all ears. I don't have much to go on and hope someone can help.

    If he pulled all the wires out of the walls, that's going to be a bear re-snaking all those wires through the walls...

    Sounds like he cut the entire wiring harness from the camper. I would find where he cut it off. From there with a test light, and meter you should be able to hook your trucks lights back in. Sounds likes the lights are still there right. Photos and a lot more info like model and year, things like that. You just need to plug into your trucks harness and go from there. You should also supply the year make and model of your truck. JMHO Your question is way to vague.
