Slide out roof question

Noticed this when I looked at my slide today. No water damage inside, is this an eternabond fix after removing the old? Anything else to square this away?

You don't have to get all the sticky off just get it good and clean with simple green or something like that and the enernabond will stick just fine with the old sticky still on.

You can use a hair dryer or heat gun to get most of the old tape offf. Just don't get it too hot.

Could be. Could also be regular maintenance. Needs a close inspection and work regardless. If this is a new RV to you, should have noticed issue on pre-purchase inspection.
