- Pangaea_RonExplorerI've tried to find a similar video of a snake crawling into a RV that was once posted here. I keep my screens closed now!

I'm starting to wonder if maybe the snake skin was a baby boa constrictor, and MAMA came around lookin' for it...and not finding it....well...she could've been real hungry....:E

I know, your thinking of getting a Mongoose.
Then, of course, you'll have to get something to get rid of the mongoose, maybe a hawk or a jackal, and then... - Wes_TausendExplorer...
Hmmm.
So snakes follow mice into campers. :E
Last summer we was camping in an area with thick brush, I was relaxing in a chair daydreaming and this brown/black slinky critter come outa the brush sniffing around. I nearly dropped my beer, which I had just opened, by the way. It turned out it was a Ferret, and not a rabid weasel like I first thought.
Since then I have felt safe right up till now.
Do Ferrets eat snakes, too, or just Mongooses?
Do Mongooses follow snakes around?
And this is the second time rodents ruled. The first was in a cheezy hotel that my company provided. I had just come out of the shower and instinctively covered myself when I saw it. It wasn't a huge rabid rat like I thought. In retrospect, I never thought about how it might have poor vision and be hunting snakes tho either, so my protective instinct was wise.
Turned out the Ferret belonged to one of the release inmates that worked there, just a pet, probably safer than it's owner. I think that was the same room that had a snake right outside the window, when I drew the black garbage sack back to let in some light. That turned out to be a plastic snake to keep noisy pigeons off the broken air conditoner, a big plus. Somehow I instinctively knew no real snake would have been out there unless it was rabid. And the bird droppings on it kinda gave it away too.

... - xteacherExplorerYou could call one of those critter removal services to come and check it out. Ewwww, I HATE snakes!
- jbrowningExplorerSo have you found the little critter yet? I have been dying to find out what happened.
