There was the one time when I was about an hour into my trip when I heard a lot of rattling and clunking noises coming from the back of the TV. I got out and noticed that I forgot to lock down the trailer receiver onto the ball and it has popped loose. Luckily this was back when I owned a PU and not a 5000 lb TT.
