Spray foam for travel trailer ceiling and walls?

Hi everyone! Long time lurker, first time posting.
Last summer I purchased a 15 foot Prowler Lynx travel trailer.
It had been neglected and needed several repairs due to improper winterization and a neglected leak in the roof around the antenna.
I have repaired the plumbing and fixed the leak in the roof.
When I removed the damaged ceiling paneling, I discovered the insulation on the ceiling was pathetic, very thin fiberglass batts with large areas with voids and no insulation at all.
I also have a leak running down the back wall, so the back wall paneling will have to be removed and re insulated.
I have been considering pulling the rest of the ceiling down (already have 1/2 pulled out) and having a spray foam contractor spray the whole ceiling and rear wall.

Wondering if this is advisable.

My other thought was cutting foam board to fit between the joists.

Just looking for advise or experience with either method.

Thank you!
