Spray Port has no water

I have a 2007 Kodiak 24RBSL, and it has a Hot & Cold Spray Port on the back, with a quick-connect coiled hose. I can't get any water to come out of it. One would think there is a cutoff somewhere but I cannot find it. Anyone with a Kodiak have experience with this? I have already checked that the valve is not seized on the quick-connect, and have tried both pump from fresh tank and city water hookup and no luck so far. I checked water lines from the furnace cubby under the sink to under the slide, and also inside the water heater/pump recess under the dinette seat, and don't see a cutoff valve anywhere. The hatch where the connection is has a sticker with instructions for draining and it indicates there should be a cutoff somewhere inside, but where??? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I don't see that the problem is with the quick-connect, although it was difficult to connect at first. I think I will take the box out and see what is behind it and see if there is any obstruction in the lines coming to it, if they are even hooked up. I looked at one similar (without the hot/cold knobs) at a local dealership this week, and it looks like there is a check valve on the back end so maybe it is stuck or something. Anyway, thanks for the replies and I will update if I figure anything out.

I have a 2014 Winnebago and had the same problem, I could not get the hose to connect with the connector. So I had it replaced under warranty. The replacement unit is doing the same thing. I did get it to connect once before the warranty repair. Sooo, I come to the conclusion if there is ANY back water pressure on the connector, just use a small screwdriver/hammer and lightly tap the center of the connector to release the pressure. Then I could insert the coiled hose connector.

Mine is doing the same thing, and there's no other valve inside to turn off flow to that outside spigot.
I think mine froze up during the winter and is damaged.

One day I will try to figure it out. I just found the problem about 2 weeks ago.
