Storing WD hitch when parked
Do you remove your WD hitch head when you are parked? What do you do with it? My Curt head weighs about 80# I can lift it ok and set it on the tail gate of my truck but that is as far as it gets. ...

I only use the HitchGrip to install or remove the hitch from the receiver, never the coupler. Since you mention it I went out and cleaned off the ball where the hard points touch it. I could not find any marks made by the HitchGrip. The ball steel and chrome is very hard.
