Del, I believe most could be done with 2 wheel drive in late summer but I have only scratched the surface. Believe me I'm no expert. Mike's Campground for sure 2 wheel drive or any car for that matter. As for the bugs, the mosquito's can be horrible but by 10PM it's cool enough that they all disappear. Makes the campfire quite enjoyable. Here in Michigan the buggers are out and biting all night.
