Ten Years On RV.NET - 2501 Posts

I just noticed I'm a 10 year old!

It's been ten years since I started on RV.NET
In that time, I somehow made 2501 posts!
Make that 2502.

It's been a lot of fun reading all the great posts on various topics and the trip reports, many of which have given Kelli and I good travel tips and places to go.

Met some great people along the way both in the forum and in real life at rallys and other events.

This place is still one of the best places on the internet.

Here's to you people of RV.NET for making this such a great place!

Here's a few of the memories, Jeff and Kelli, Charlie Cat too!

Neah Bay.

The Gorge in George.

Concert Camping at the Gorge is Eekspensive!

Kelli walking Charlie at Kettle Falls State Park.

Rally in Glacier National Park.

Fort Ebey State Park.

Who says bathing a 22 pound cat is tough.

Wenatchee National Forest.

Getting to this location is a story in itself of roads and hills we shouldn't have taken, Mt Rainier in distance West of us.

What better place to kiss your sweetie.

The Beast Within...

Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.

Deception Pass State Park.

We're looking forward to many more years of RVing.
See y'all on the road.

  • I hit 10 years in March of this year, and now have 4976 posts....

    Either I don’t have a life, or I like to talk ( type ) ??????? :B

Either way, Happy Mother’s Day to ALL you camping moms out there !
  • I enjoy the site also. I have been on here for 15 years, seen lots of folks come and go. Some of the post give me a good chuckle and some leave me shaking my head. Overall, it's enjoyable and have learned a lot. It's the little things in life. Lol...so keep posting and the education continues. Cheers!
  • Thanks for posting. There is really no way to calculate how many thousands of people have been helped by your contributions over the last decade.
  • I'm guessing the first source I used for picture hosting wasn't working as expected so I relinked to a different source. Feel free to speak up if you aren't seeing pictures.

I'm sure there were 10 or 20 satisfied customers who attended Truck Camper University in there somewhere. Nobody has asked for their money back, yet.

    Take care,
  • wow, i JUST CHECKED, 16 YEARS !! the wife and I have been campers nearly 60 years. I have towed 5th ws TTs etc to nearly every state .Once you reach 80
it gets harder to change your own oil in the tow rigs but so far no one has ever changed the oil in my MHs or P/Ups except me.My wife takes her new Honda in to have the oil changed as I refuse to work on those hard to get to oil filters.

WOW - I joined RV NET in Apr 2008. Time does fly when you are having fun...

I think the RV NET was the first RV forum I joined... I also joined Jayco Owners, POPUPPORTAL, and Starcraft Owners...

I actually hangout on POPUPPORTAL most of the time as it is very big with POPUPS and actual RV CAMPING more so than RV TRAVELING.

I very seldom get more than a couple of hundred miles away from home anymore...
