Texas state inspection
I heard that one has to get an inspection for TT's over a certain weight, is that true? Do ya'll in other states have to get an inpection?

Inspection is for ALL trailers EDIT - rated over 4500 pounds.
When trying to fix a registration error I was forced to inspect my little 10 foot single axle box trailer. Granted the inspection was $7.
With no brakes, they checked all the lights and made sure the hitch was correct.
