Thetford Aqua magic IV or V parts
Has anyone else experienced problems with ordering RV toilet parts from Thetford. I looked on their website and told them what part number I needed. I was told to not look at their website as it is incorrect and needs to be updated. When I tell them what part I need. they tell me I am wrong and then send me the wrong part. I sent them pictures of the part I need and they again sent me the wrong part? Anyone else having this issue. What I need is a simple flush tube hose on an Aquamagic V high standard manual flush. I finally got tired of the 2 month long game and ordered a replacement toilet but I still want the stupid hose for a back up.
