- CAJWExplorerNothing but praise for the folks at Thunder RV. From the initial contact to a year and a half later, I still get excellent response and service from them whenever I make an inquiry. Definitely would purchase a unit from them again, but hoping out AF will last us till we give up camping.
- gptExplorerThey didn't take care of an problem with the camper I bought even after the owner saying it should have not "gone out" that way.

- joeshmoeExplorerOf the 15 or so dealers I contacted in 2013, Thunder was the one that would NOT give me any info. or pricing without me giving them my name, address and contact info. first.
In fact, the man who answered immediately had a rather rude tone saying "I can't tell you anything until I know who I'm dealing with first". I said, "Is that right?" and hung up.
They may have a good reputation, but I'll never know since I'll likely never consider them again after that interaction. Every other dealer I called was more than willing to give out the info. I needed and were fairly nice about it. Not Thunder RV. I went with Apache Camping. Prices were better anyway.
First impressions of a business are often established in that first point of contact. Companies that have good customer service know this.
If you call Billy-Joe-Bobs Plumbing and Billy answers the phone sounding like a jerk, with a mouth full of food, chances are, you're not going to do business with him. - 3oaksExplorer

Anybody buy from Thunder RV in La Grande OR. If so how was your experience with them Good? Bad?
You asked that same question on the "Northwood RV Owners Association Forum" and got some very positive feedback.
Thunder RV has a very good reputation, price wise and for their quality service, according to many who have dealt with them. - n7bsnExplorerWe have only dealt with them on small items, but they have a solid rep for (reasonably) honest.
