A couple years ago my father had a blowout on the rear of his dmax dually, just continued going, this was what pushed me to buy a dually.
Honestly the cost of tires doesn't bother me, my truck has standard 17" wheels and are cheaper than my previous SRW truck that had 20" wheels.
