Tire Question Anyone use these ?

Any thoughts or experience with these?

    I'll give you the 4 that I took off. They are less than a year old. Maybe 1000 miles. Come to Florida and there yours and just don't tell anybody I gave them to you. I don't want no enemies. Now that saves me the disposal fees.
